Disliked: Rooms dirty, left dirty towels in bathroom, trash in cans, AC not working, TV didn't work, was double charged by hotel and booking.com. They could not help, nor were they concerned at all! Will never stay here again.

Liked: Nice size rooms. Great location. Accommodating staff. Decent complimentary breakfast. Decent pool.
Disliked: Dusty, dirty, stained room furniture, smelly (mildew and unclean), loud air conditioner.

Clean and comfortable

Liked: We stayed due to our flight being cancelled at 11:45 PM . The young lady at the front desk was overwelmed with people coming in frantic to find a room and constant phone calls she did a fantastic job. Room was comfortable and clean breakfast was good!

Disliked: We had a handicap room as it was the last room available. It was dirty and uncomfortable- no handicap person should have to experience these conditions.
