Location was easy to access,...
Liked: The temperature was easy to control, and the breakfast provided was good.
Disliked: There was a small earring left on the floor in the main entrance of my hotel room that had not been swept/vacuumed up leaving the assumption that maybe the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly.

OK for one night, but...
Liked: The few staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful, although probably responsible for the room assignment problem described below. The beds were comfortable, and the bedroom and linens were clean. The bathroom was clean, although the floor could have been more carefully vacuumed.
Disliked: When we arrived, we were given keys to a room that turned out to be occupied. Although we did not encounter anyone, we were given access to the room and someone's belongings. We were then given a different room, this one not with handicap facilities. Although that was not a disaster, we had requested a handicap room because of mobility issues. When we entered the second room, it was literally colder than the outdoors. It was mid-50's outside and the thermostat on the wall read 47 degrees! Of course, consumers pay for utilities in the room rates. We were able to change the setting, so it heated up, but it took long enough that we left the room while it did so.The windows faced the parking lot (with very bright lights) and the airport parking lot and buildings. The black out curtain was not attached to any chain although the anchor for one was present. It was difficult to lower it as a result.Planes and trains could be heard after midnight and before 8 a.m.Speaking of lighting, there is a motion detector-controlled light by the entrance door. It was convenient upon entering, but during the night if we got up to use the bathroom, we inevitably made the light come on, waking up the other person.The inside of the mini-fridge was sticky and the door compartments and bottom were not clean. It worked though.The breakfast included "hot" foods, but these (eggs, sausage, gravy) were lukewarm actually. Given the current economy, there was generous availability of eggs.The pool was under repair without our advance knowledge. If it had been available, it would have been quite small. It was an exercise/splash pool rather than one for swimming. A couple of strokes and the swimmer would be at the other wall.

Would call before I book...
Liked: Breakfast area was staffed during breakfast and kept very clean.
Disliked: Advertised as having a swimming pool and it was closed. Big disappointment!

Disliked: Lied to me when booking over the phone that the pool was open. Arrived and front desk advised pool was under renovation for months. Canceled booking and went to Hilton 5 miles away. DONT LIE TO ME!

Irritating
Liked: I put in a request to change the dates of our stay from the 31-2 to 31-1 because we physically checked out on april 1st instead I even informed the manager on duty that I put in the change so she could do what she needed to on her side and it hasn’t been fixed yet! I want my money back for the night that we did not stay at this hotel! I did my part. Your company needs to do theirs
