Definitely not a satisfying experience

Liked: Location was easy in and out
Disliked: We had 2 rooms. 1 room the shower would only work on hot. Couldn't use. So we all showered in other room. Problem was in other room. Water ran out on floor. So we contained it as best we could..We told lady at desk, she didn't seem to care, No effort was made to correct he situation. We dealt with it, but will not be staying at any of their hotels anytime soon.

Good foe the money

Liked: The breakfast. Was exceptional as well as the lady who prepared it. The room was spacious, feds were comfortable, and the shower was phenomenal.
Disliked: There were several lights out in the room but that was okay. there was no ice bucket in the room so I had to hunt down someone to get one. Also there was a teenage baseball team staying on the floor above us and they ran a muck until at least midnight, which made sleep a little difficult.

Liked: We traveled to Smyrna primarily to attend the TN Renaissance Festival. The hotel was in a great location, near everything we did, including our meals, sights, stores, and dessert shops. The staff was very helpful with all the questions we had. The breakfast was great! The beds gave a comfortable sleep each night. We traveled with our grown children, so we had two rooms. I appreciated that we were across the hall on the same floor. We were concerned that we might end up on opposite floors or opposite ends of the hall, so it turned out as we hoped to be near their room, so that it still felt like a family weekend.
Disliked: Though the hotel was in a good location, the noise from the interstate took some getting used to at bedtime. We did not bring pets, but we could hear the dogs barking at night. We understood that the rooms for families with pets were on the floor below us. However, we selected the hotel knowing that it was also pet-friendly because we still liked the location, value, and breakfast.
