Liked: Effort by staff under odd circumstances
Disliked: Power and ac had issues after the storms

Exceptional

Liked: Location was great, there is a small fridge and microwave in the room, fantastic breakfast bar with more than continental offering. Scrambled eggs and waffles were self-serve too.. Fantastic staff!
Disliked: The electrical wiring in our room was faulty with the outlets in the bath and at the coffee bar" not working. Used the outlet by the entry door for the hair dryer and blew a fuse at 9pm. The staff was extremely helpful in getting power restored to the room, however, did not know where the breaker box was for that floor caused them extra running around and frustration. The wonderful ladies handled it with grace, smiles, and professionalism. Now THAT is what customer service is about. Things are going to go wrong maintenance wise in any large building of multiple people staying.... It's how you deal with the situation and the guests in their PJs that makes all the difference! Well done and kudos to the night crew on April 13th!

I really enjoyed the stay...

Liked: I like that the room was simple but comfortable. Everything was clean & tidy when I got there.
Disliked: The only issue I had was the remote for the tv in the room has sensitivity issues. I had to press the buttons multiple times to select anything on the tv, which was a small inconvenience.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and the room was a good size and clean.

Liked: Breakfast was basic, good quality as expected.
Disliked: There was traffic noise during the night.

Very disappointed and will not...

Liked: It was located by the Waffle House and Walmart
Disliked: Ac was broke in room. Said they fixed it but did not. Did not have any other rooms to move us to. Key card had to be reactivated 4x in 2 days. Was very frustrating and uncomfortable when my daughter and I could not get inside and there were men outside cat calling us. Pool not clean. Our drinks were tampered with in the room while we were gone.
