Last minute trip

Liked: The room was clean, spacious, and nice. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The bed was quite firm. My husband loved the bed. Breakfast was very good. It was a great stay.
Disliked: The elevator seemed a bit sketchy. Sometimes the car would arrive but the door wouldn't open. It would shake when it reached the 3rd floor.

Not a good stay

Liked: I liked that it was on US27 so easy access to anywhere. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were not so good but they had a good variety of continental breakfast items.
Disliked: The bed had bugs. Not bed bugs but probably fleas and we did see a tick that my husband killed. We had a little dog with us so they gave us a dog friendly room. Apparently the previous guests had a dog with fleas etc. We complained and they said they would clean thoroughly and fumigate. When we got back to the hotel at night, we walked into our room and it was exactly the same without covers on the bed. We were told we had to move to a different room on the 3rd floor (which is inconvenient with a dog) and at 9:30pm had to dismantle all our belongings to move everything over. It was frustrating because they should have told us this would happen before we left for the day. The new room was clean and had no bugs but the whole experience left us upset and no offer was given to compensate for our trouble. It was not a pleasant stay.
