Very nice stay; bed was nice and comfortable and the room was clean and breakfast was great with lots of choices. Staff was great!

Liked: The room were comfortable, location was great, breakfast was ok but same every other day. If you stay for long it gets monotonous.
Disliked: The biggest problem is that they triple charge you. We checked in day 1, for our stay they charged us full amount up front.After 2 days they charged card again same amount. .this happened again . It got soo bad we had to call law enforcement because we thought it was fraud.On general room cleanses, they don’t change sheets daily or clean room daily, they do it after 3 days. You have to collect your towels by yourself and your trash , place it by the door, it’s such a hustle when you have kids.Some of the front desk staff are blatant racist , especially when confronted on the triple charges.Be careful with your credit card or debit card.

Disliked: The staff was not well educated on their services or policies. The room wasn't cleaned, the beds weren't remade, garbages weren't emptied and towels weren't restocked when we went out for the day. The house keepers were extremely loud and yelling down the hallways and slamming doors VERY early in the morning.

Liked: The hotel charged more than what I was priced on booking.com. Also, When I called to talk to someone about ESA accommodation before booking, I was told that would be fine and was later charged a pet fee and told they don't honor ESA. The pool was closed to anyone who wasn't part of a school trip, the remote to the TV was missing, and the replacement batteries were dead. The front desk said they wouldn't have batteries until the next day, and I still had to wait until the next evening to get the batteries. Our room was not cleaned, and sheets were not changed either of the days we stayed. I had to request new sheets and change them myself. The new bedding had some kind of black substance stuck to it. The toilet lid was broken, and the ceiling above the shower was peeling. Unwelcoming and very unprofessional experience.
