Liked: My sister and I had side-by-side suites. They were very spacious and very-well appointed.
Disliked: Some early-morning construction was somewhat disturbing but we later learned that ear plugs were available at the front desk.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet hotel. Within walking distance to virtually everything.

Liked: Location was ideal.
Disliked: Water temperature fluctuated.

We arrived mid day on Amtrak and went to see if the hotel desk could hold our bags until check in time - no problem. At that time the gentleman at the desk advised we could check back in an hour or two and our room should be ready. We weren't expecting or asking for an early check in, but when we came back after a few hours we were treated very rudely, told that we should call to see if the room was ready for check instead of bothering them in person. We were quite taken aback by that! That said, it was very busy with lots of folks checking in for the Seahawks game. Otherwise everything was great! So close to liquor store, Whole Foods, great restaurants; walkable to Pioneer Square, Pike Market; quick taxi to Paramount Theatre. Front desk didn't bother to ask how our stay was upon check out, which we found odd for a business with lots of competition close by. I guess it isn't part of their shtick at check out. Although we had a good stay we would probably consider some other accommodation next time we travel to Seattle.

Nice place, centrally located, great...

Liked: Parking was only $20, comfy bed, clean, shower was amazing, great location (can walk to most places in less than 20 minutes), balcony was nice, breakfast was very nice and staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: They only thing that could be better would be to get rid of the carpet. I hate carpet, especially in a hotel. So many germs. Tile or wood flooring would have made me so much happier.

Liked: Great downtown location in Seattle. Loved the suite.

Liked: Everything. From the check in process with friendly staff, to the clean room, clean bathroom , to the hot breakfast fully stocked & to the checkout process. I appreciated everything, staff went above & beyond to allow my stay to meet my expectations. Very happy!

Great value hotel

Liked: This is a great hotel about a 10 minute walk from the Space Needle and also about 10 minutes from Westlake Center. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. At night, we found nearby restaurants and felt safe walking in the area.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay but much of it consists of over-salted frozen breakfast burritos and the like. It was nice to see some yogurt and a few other options but would have preferred more fruits and vegetables.
