Overall it was pleasant!

Liked: It was kinda late when our flight arrived. I called the hotel and they had the shuttle come right over to get us.
Disliked: Allowing dogs

unfortunately we were so disappointed...

Liked: the staff was very nice and accommodating
Disliked: The hotel is very uncomfortable. I hope after the renovations we were told about happen this changes.Breakfast was a Jimmy Dean sandwich that was heated and cereal. No hot food or options.

It served the purpose.

Liked: Most of the staff were courteous
Disliked: One staff member was rude and rather than just owning his mistake he just kept repeating that the shuttle was free so since I didn’t pay I shouldn’t be made for being stranded at the airport for 1 hour 45 minutes.Also I didn’t notice a note that said rooms were only cleaned upon request.
