Disliked: Slow internet for an Airport hotel where some need to also work before a flight. It is a surprise and should be a simple fix for such a gient chain.

Disliked: The bedroom was in terrible condition. The beds were absolutely disgusting. We were stranded here due to a layover, and I booked this place based on the positive reviews and appealing pictures. Unfortunately, the reality was a world away from what was promised in the reviews and photos.

Liked: With the upgraded remodels of the room, it was very comfy and QUIET for being near SeaTac. NEVER heard a plane, but LIGHTLY heard the light rail train while I was awake but, again, was NOT a problem. All staff were polite and helpful...grateful for the shuttle to the airport, but feel very embarrassed I didn't have a few bucks on me to tip him. I also felt very safe there.
Disliked: Broken Ice Machine on my floor, but I went down to lobby and got it there.

Bad but turned ok

Liked: When I encountered an unbearable room I called the front desk notified them of the problem and they told me to come back to the desk. Went to the desk and they gave me a new room without a carpet thank goodness.
Disliked: The room they gave me smelled so bad of pet urine that I couldn't stay in the room!
