Liked: Upon check-in, the front desk staff offered me a military discount.
Disliked: The hotel still charged me the full rate, even though I have the receipt showing they should have only charged the military discount rate. Customer service has not helped me, and the manager refuses to return my voicemails.

Exceptional

Wouldn't stay here again.

Disliked: The place is under renovation and it just was an issue to get things done. No extra tp in the room, AC was noisy and no way to adjust the where the air was blowing.

Disliked: Was not Very Satisfied with young man at Front desk upon check in! Told him about our Room Request and he said the room were close to each other, they were 6 rooms apart on 1st Stay.2nd stay room were across the hall (Not a Problem) But I said we will be back on the 24th to assign our rooms next to each other! Didn't happen. 1st stay Basket for Coffee Makers were the wrong size. He said that was all they had! 2nd stay Baskets still wrong size. But Older Gentleman in Evening said to turn it sideway after inserting it and that worked so they must have had the wrong Basket for a while!
