Disliked: The fact I had to pay 230 for a room for 1 night when it's just 115 charged me for 2 nights and I did not even stay for 2 nights

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Sofa looked like it was taken from a dump. Bed spread and blanket were dirty. Homeless were eating in diningroom. One dropped the serving spoon on the floor, bounced three times, and then it stuck it in the food. I ran upstairs packed and left 6:50 in the morning!

Disliked: Property is dated. Lamps in the room had rust. Beds were uncomfortable. Landscaping was terrible.

Liked: Great location. The hotel is close to downtown where there are plenty of places to dine.

Liked: Didn't try the breakfast, the first night of stay it wasn't available when we left hotel at 6:30 a.m and the second night of stay we woke up a little late. Coffee in lounge wasn't maintained vert well often barely warm and old. The room cleaning was great, they went above and beyond!
Disliked: Staff was kinda rude, I only dealt with a few meaning same ones both days of my stay, there was a nice lady not sure of her name but both men I encountered were rude and not very friendly. Also appeared that there was people living maybe out of there. They were on something out back in smoking area and often nodding out or passed out on benches.
