Not worth the price unless...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Property is dated. Lamps in the room had rust. Beds were uncomfortable. Landscaping was terrible.

We had a comfortable stay....

Liked: Great location. The hotel is close to downtown where there are plenty of places to dine.

Liked: Didn't try the breakfast, the first night of stay it wasn't available when we left hotel at 6:30 a.m and the second night of stay we woke up a little late. Coffee in lounge wasn't maintained vert well often barely warm and old. The room cleaning was great, they went above and beyond!
Disliked: Staff was kinda rude, I only dealt with a few meaning same ones both days of my stay, there was a nice lady not sure of her name but both men I encountered were rude and not very friendly. Also appeared that there was people living maybe out of there. They were on something out back in smoking area and often nodding out or passed out on benches.

Disliked: The room had holes in the wall, broken fixtures, visible damages, prior to arrival, cockroaches in our room, smelled of mold and mildew, and was not comfortable or safe feeling.

SCAM

Liked: N/A
Disliked: Arrived to the hotel after receiving my confirmation number and pin for check in. Staff informed us there was NO RESERVATION with my name. I offered to show the confirmation and they didn’t even bother looking. Turned us away. We had to drive around and find (and pay!!) for another hotel with our infant daughter. Booking.com is refusing a refund claiming WE CANCELLED THE RESERVATION. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL OR BOOKING.COM! HUGE SCAM. Also claims to be near a beach which staff told us is a lie.
