Liked: I was greeted on my arrival with a friendly face. The breakfast provided was good. When we requested more towels, the front desk was happy to provide them. We did like the location (we were visiting our child at the Ringling College of Art and Design).
Disliked: I booked a double room for 4 nights. When I exited the elevator on the 4th floor the temperature was VERY warm. My room was clean but again the temperature was warm. I lowered the thermostat to from 75 to 62 and tried to go to bed. I tossed and turned all night. The room never got very cold. On my second night my husband joined me and he agreed that the room was too warm. He went to the front desk and requested another room. They quickly moved us a few rooms over. The new room was much colder BUT we had been moved right next to the elevator AND we now had a room with a pedestal sink and lights in the bathroom that were extremely dim. -- the chilled water in the lobby did not taste as if it was filtered. My only other complaint was that the beds in the double rooms were very small and very uncomfortable (back and hips hurt in the morning).
