Great location and clean facility

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The bed physically hurt my legs getting on/off because the mattress sank in past the edge so the hard edge of the bed truly felt hard. I know they were replacing the bed down the hall so hopefully this one is on the list to be replaced soon too.

First and last time I...

Liked: Short drive to the beaches. Sheets and towels were very clean. A/C worked great.
Disliked: Mattress uncomfortable. Bad smell on hallways. Very hot in the lobby and hall ways. Nothing to see at walking distance.

This hotel provides comfort, cleanliness...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, the waitress was very gentle and concerned about cleanliness all the time and supplied the food on time. The reception was very friendly, gentle and gave me details about my reservation, rooms, taxi options and promotion programs. They answered all my questions or concerns.
Disliked: Housekeeping in the lobby was cleaning back and forth and I had no choice but to walk across the slightly wet floor. Please, no complaints about the cleaning, it was very good, just don't clean from side to side, leave room to walk if any customer needs to do so. Thank you. ☺️
