Liked: The only good things were breakfast and breakfast staff. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel was under construction. The entire front facade, pool area, and side were shrouded in plastic and scaffolding. The 5 people, 2 behind desk and 3 more standing by at check-in counter ignored us for several minutes when we checked in, it was an ackward and unfriendly start to our stay. Our bathroom had no working fan or exhaust fan. The room did not have a window that could open. The room felt like soup and smelled like poop due to no ventilation. We called front desk right after check-in about no fan and they sent workers who did nothing and proceeded to ignore us for the five night stay. The jacuzzi was lukewarm. Our window looked into two bathrooms eight feet away at neighboring hotel. The room above us had children running around every single day. San Luis Obispo was absolutely wonderful! Just not this place.

Clean standard nice hotel with...

Liked: Clean, standard nice hotel room with standard free breakfast. As close as you can get to Cal Poly (about 15 minute walk away) and downtown is about 20 min walk. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff was great and very helpful when I asked to store my luggage.
Disliked: A bit pricy for the overall experience.

Liked: free breakfast location free coffee and tea in lobbyspaelevator
Disliked: not heated pool paid parking no cash accepted at check-in

Great grafuation weekend stay

Liked: The facilities, amenities, room, buffet breakfast were great. The staff was great and really helpful, Our room was a great suite conveniently located right above the breakfast room.
Disliked: A couple of the front desk staff did not seem really friendly, although they were really helpful and efficient.We could not however look out our window or use the patio because the front of the building was under construction. Our windows were covered in plastic tarp. I did not receive any notification of this. I did ask for and was granted no $15 parking fee for our three day stay.

Good location but noisy and...

Liked: Good location for grad weekend.
Disliked: Very expensive and noisy! We were on the second floor and heard the restaurant in front of us, guests above us, guests in the hallway and the garbage truck every morning.
