The Staff is very RUDE!...

Liked: The Rooms are nice, clean
Disliked: Parking is terrible! And they charge you to park in there Hotel which is ridiculous! How you gonna pay so much money to stay there and also have to pay to park your vehicle it’s RIDICULOUS!

Liked: Close to where I was going.
Disliked: Employee checking me in had a hard time getting in computer. Too about an hour to check me in and I missed the event I was in town for.

Excellent disability access room

Liked: We loved how roomy and comfortable the room was. We always get a disability access room and this one is probably one of the best ones we've stayed at. The bathtub had a removable shower seat that was very sturdy and there were lots of bars to hang on to in the bathroom. The bed was also super soft and we love the blackout curtain. Plus, the cleaning staff (Aurora and Elia) were super helpful and nice.
Disliked: The only thing you didn't really love was the soft water, because it felt like a weird film was on my skin when I was washing my hands. Like no matter how much you washed you still had like a weird residue. I did eventually get used to it, but that's not my favorite thing. Also, the internet was really bad in the lobby and it took a minute to check in.

Fine but better values close...

Disliked: No self parking- valet for $25 per day or street in a somewhat questionable area. For older travelers this is a real issue.
