Family fun
Liked: The staff was great and room was clean and comfortable. Even breakfast was delicious, something for everyone.
Disliked: 4 of us in room. Only 3 towels.

Worth every penny
Liked: Everything. The bed was comfy, room was big , loved having a second room conjoined for the kids

God Awful!

Disliked: Dirty room. None existent maid service. Hammering freeway noise all day and most of the night. Same breakfast every morning. Elevator broke. Locked out of room twice.

If I could have left...
Liked: Clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Backed up to the freeway. Toilet in bathroom was very small and low to the floor.

Great location, but management is...
Liked: Laura in the front office was extremely helpful. She was kind and tried her best to help us with our concerns.
Disliked: We had a toilet issue that started at 6am and we called the front desk multiple times with no help. The issue was resolved at 10pm by ourselves, we had to fix the issue. The maintenance did not come until 24 hours after our initial phone call. We tried to talk to management in person, called, and emailed and never received a follow up response. Overall, that was very disappointing.
