I go to San Antonio 4-5 times a year but I do not think I will stay at this La Quinta.

Disliked: In the first room I had, the TV was broken (#417). They moved me to #315 and the bathroom was not clean and the sheets had a hole in them. And I am not sure the guy put the points on my rewards.

Disliked: Paper thin walls- could hear the guy next door snoring. The freeway noise was loud and disturbing . Hotel is too close to freeway. 3 nights in a row I had to call front desk to complain on inconsiderate people yelling and slamming doors. The hot water in shower barely came on.

Liked: We couldn't sleep well! The room was clean and acceptable except that there was a big machinery that was turning off and on every hour (24 hours), right behind our room. The management was nice enough to offer us another suite on our last 2 nights but we declined because we didn't like alternate suite.
Disliked: The location of the room was by that big machinery which was turning off and on (24 hours).

Disliked: I was a little uncomfortable because they change our rooms since the first room had trash in it (dirty diaper, yogurt and more trash) floor seemed someone spilled something. Stayed in the room for more than 5hrs until I realized the trash was there. Made me think that it seemed cleaner but if that was left there they probably didn’t wash the sheets.
