The worst hotel we have...

Liked: The breakfast being free was nice but not a good variety.
Disliked: The room was sticky and humid, the couch was all stained and dirty in our room, the bed was super hard and my back hurt the next day, kids running up and down above our room all night, it was just a terrible stay.

Liked: Proximity to hospital I needed to be at.
Disliked: I have asked 4 times for a receipt to be emailed to me. Staff keeps saying that they sent email and I never get an email. As a rewards member, I feel so frustrated and under-valued as a rewards member. Terrible customer service.

Liked: the attendant was professional and friendly, and the hotel was reasonably clean.
Disliked: The bedding felt damp, as if it had been removed from the dryer too soon, creating an uncomfortable sleeping experience when comfort was eagerly anticipated.
