Liked: It was nice prefere queen beds instead of full very clean. Not enough carts had to carry our bags to the room. Ice machine not working. Had to go to the 5th floor for ice

Liked: It was a place to lay my head
Disliked: Trash was not taken out everyday. We had to ask for clean towels. Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was decent. Would not stay here again

Liked: The rooms were cold and the room was clean.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay $10 for parking, it should’ve been included.

Staff needs to be polite...

Liked: It was close to the medical center.
Disliked: The staff (day shift counter attendant) was very rude. It was so unnecessary.
