I booked this hotel because we bought tickets to a concert and saw it had the best reviews but I had the worst experience. Well, when we checked in there were two ladies checking me in at the same time which was weird. I thought it should've just been one person. Well we got to our room and we were getting ready to go to the concert and I had my boyfriend and my daughter stay there in the room while we went to the concert. I got a call from my boyfriend saying the they were going to call the cops cause they didn't know who he was so I had to leave the concert just so I could figure out what was going on. What made me even more mad is that I got the call as soon as the concert was about to start. Well I got to the hotel and came to find out that they gave me someone else's room. I literally spent so much money on the concert tickets just so I couldn't go see them. They literally made my boyfriend wake up my daughter because of their mistake and this literally happened at around 11p.m. They didn't even offer us a discount or our money back for a least one room because I had booked two rooms. This was the worst experience. Why get the cops involved when it was their mistake. They should next time have one person checking people in instead of two because that's how this mistake happened. Will never book a room here ever again and don't recommend for anyone else too.

Disappointing
Disliked: We had some issues that we didn’t like. The room smelled really bad, there was mold in the shower, the air conditioner was very noisy and the staff didn’t give us a solution that worked for us. We had to do an early check out and we were denied the credit for the two nights that we didn’t use. We tried to contact the manager by phone and email and never got an answer. We even agreed to get credit in their hotel points program but still no answer. We’ve stayed in many hotels and this is the first time we’ve had a bad experience. I don’t think is fair to have paid for something I didn’t receive.

A great stay
Liked: I really enjoyed an appreciate the cleanness, the staff was very kind. Location was very good for me.
Disliked: I think the breakfast was fine, but I would improve it a little bit. I loved the biscuits, but they didn’t have them every day.
