La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio by AT&T Center

We had a great stay at this La Quinta! The staff was amazing and the front desk guy was so helpful and always cheerful. The breakfast could have been a little better but overall it was very enjoyable. Bed was comfortable. I feel like prices were fair. The maids were also very helpful and provided us with new towels and things when asked. You do have to ask them to clean your room but they will when asked. Overall this was a great stay. Location is convenient if you are attending something at Frost Bank Center although not safe to walk along the highway so you would still have to drive or uber.

Liked: When I get there my room is completely dirty I when to front end to tell the person they no have no more room
Disliked: The service my room was not clean they need to give me back I listed one night free because the room I rent is not clean

Disliked: 1. Dirty musty smell 2 not a safe area doors from back and side of hotel were alway propped open with rocks. 3. The employees were non existent we had to stay for the 3 night because we could not get a refund if we left . And at all time there was only 1 employee at the front area of the lobby. 4. the halls were never vacuumed we passed the same trash every day! 5. the room for 2 people had 2 towels 1 hand towel and half a roll of toilet paper. 6. The curtains in the room were not hung properly so they didn’t close all the way. 7. Passing the pool had a stink of mold. Disgusting place and the one employee you could find did not understand English or Spanish. . They would just smile and shake their heads
