Superb

Liked: Convenient to restaurants and freeway.
Disliked: Pillows were too hard and lumpy. Light by bed wouldn't turn on.

Liked: Beds and pillows were comfortable, slept well.
Disliked: Entire place was filthy. Carpets extremely stained, room door was coming of the hinges and you had to slam it to close it. Paint drops on the bathroom floor, bathroom door warped with water damage on the bottom, the tub and shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and was too afraid to even use it.

Disliked: Light did not work would not shut off. Stains on tub walls were dirty red marks staff did not come up had to call back hour later

Liked: The pool was cleaner than I expected.
Disliked: This hotel was disgusting. Garbage under the pull out bed, dust and dirt everywhere. The walls and carpet are stained beyond normal hotel wear. There was literally fuzzy mold growing in the bathroom. I didn't even use the shower because it was so disgusting. Most of the outlets were sinking in and not working. I can't believe the building hasn't caught fire yet. I know it's in a bad neighborhood and cheap but it's like they haven't done a repair on the building since it was built.

Everything was exceptional

Liked: The prices were excellent
Disliked: I wanted to extend my stay, but I wasn't able to have it done.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant. The room was a good size.
Disliked: The outside doors weren't working with the key. Apparently, they are under construction, so things weren't working very well. Our room was very musty.

The manager respected our request...

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: The facility appeared to be poorly maintained. We asked for a change of room as the first room did not appear to have clean sheets on the bed. The first room had an odor of fish.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The doors for the side didn't work. So I had to walk in from the front all the time.
