Horrible experience, false advertising re:...

Liked: Not a lot of positives, considering...
Disliked: Horrible experience. Booked a room that could accommodate 4 persons that supposedly had 1 queen-sized bed + 1 pull-out sofa bed. Arrived at property to find ONLY the queen-sized bed, and staff told me that the property had NO option that included a queen-sized bed + a pull-out sofa, further insisting that the pull-out sofas could only be found in "deluxe" rooms, and that the hotel was full. It meant that my colleague had to sleep on the floor. Terrible experience with Booking.com (which is where the problem resides). 2.5 hours on the phone with them, with no results. My first 2 calls were met the AI b.s., followed by a transfer to a "customer service agent" (you need to use those words), followed by elevator music while on hold so that said agent(s) could look at the issue, followed by terminated calls. My third call resulted in promises that a manager would call me back the next day. Never occurred. Booking.com obviously decided that my expectations were met. Just an insanely bad level of customer service. I've used Booking.com for years, and I'd never encountered such abysmal customer care. I have one remaining trip reserved with Booking.com, but after that I'll be focused on alternative apps/websites, or I'll be booking direct with the hotels.

overall . not the greatest...

Liked: i was able to bring my pet and the fee to bring him was great!
Disliked: the beds sunk .. if you sit at the edge of the bed it left a hole after you got up … the floor always felt like it was damp/sticky. and the POOL was not working!
