Liked: Fair priced, excellent location and the staff was wonderful.
Disliked: I with there was a bigger selection of necessities. I had forgot a couple things but had to go to a store to get them. Other hotels carry a bigger selection of those things.

Liked: The staff (front desk, cleaning ladies, breakfast workers) were super friendly.
Disliked: We arrived, and we noticed the floor had crumbs like it wasn't vacuumed yet. Made sure to get the cleaning lady in there the next day.

I am very disappointed in...

Liked: The rooms are nice and so is the lobby.
Disliked: I was charged twice, 2 different amounts for my full stay, then I was charged for 1 day, so my credit card kept alerting me to the charges. I didn't charge anything to the room either. Our TV wouldn't get a signal. Not even for local channels. It only went to like channel 10 and all the other ones said: "weak signal." The pool was filthy. The water was clear, however the skimmers are not working and I spent 25 minutes trying to get bugs, leaves and grass out of the pool. I am a Certified Pool Operator and went and told the front desk they weren't working. We didn't stay in the pool long due to the amount of debris in the pool. It may look odd that a woman walked up to the desk, however I manage HOA's and houses with pool, as well as having one myself.
