Liked: The lady in the front was nice.. thats the only good thing
Disliked: First room was a double queen suit. 1 bed had a dip in it, had not been swept or vacuumed. Vent in bathroom didnt work, and old pizza left from previous guest in the fridge. Pool was very low and had an extremely strong chlorine smell in the pool area. Hot tub was broken, elevator looked like it was going to break any minute, hallway to the room was stained and very disgusting. The room also had a very disgusting smell. So the nice lady at the front said she could switch us but to a regular queen room.. so we move over. Room smelled better, but had not been cleaned, vent still didnt work and there were crumbs in the bed. I was extremely dissapointed and disgusted. Luckily the lady in the front was great, refunded the room and we left. Whoever owns this location needs to start caring about their property and fix it up. I wouldnt of paid 20$ to stay the night. It was gross.

Liked: Friendly check in staffer.
Disliked: I had 2 rooms, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, bed had a booger on the top cover, other room had a m&m Reese’s wrapper and clothing tags made up in the bed. Water leaked across the floor from the fridge, bathroom fan/vent dirty& moldy and lime scale surrounded the toilet.

Disliked: Floors were dirty, shower was dirty, couldn't use, no coffee maker, paint was pealing. Couch bed was dirty. Pool paint was also pealing. Room smelled.Would not stay there again.

Disliked: We had 5 in our group and this room came up but only had 2 queens beds. They didn’t have roll away beds to rent, so we had to go purchase an air mattress. Knowing that we would have paid more somewhere else.
