Disliked: The ac unit in the room wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t cool down completely and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The bedding was awful

Disliked: Had Wifi issues both times we stayed, 2 weeks apart. The second time I went to ask reception if they were experiencing issues to which she answered that they had been for 3 hours+ without any ETA, would have been nice for them to let us know during check in when she gave us the password.While she was informing me, someone else had come to check in and asked for Wifi password, gave him the password without mentioning that the service was down. Couldn't believe it, very poor experience.

Would stay again if needed
