Good

Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: Loud noises were coming through our vent all night long. Had to sleep with a pillow over my head. We had two rooms. The other one was four doors down, and they could hear it. Not sure if it was arguing and screaming and possibly an animal also. Very rough night, but we were happy with everything else. We need to book somewhere else on the 17th not sure I want to try this again!!!

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The location for a concert at All State arena can't be beat. The staff is soooo nice. I like the 3:00 check in time. The cost for parking isn't too expensive.
Disliked: Can't think of any negatives.

Disliked: Once I arrived I was promised a early check in I was greeted by a rude lady who said in less nicer words that I couldn’t check in even tho no where in the text it got sent that I couldn’t check in early also the room was not clean there was human hair on the floor and stains on the bed

Liked: Nice and comfy beds, room was big, they serve breakfast.
Disliked: No restaurant at the property, you have tn walk at least a 100m to the nearest resto. The entrance of the hotel is at the back.

Liked: This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The air conditioning unit was from Gree, a highly reputable brand in China, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself felt very new—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and exceptionally well-maintained. I’ve stayed at many airport hotels across the U.S., but the cleanliness here is absolutely top-tier.Another highlight was the toiletries—they provided Dove products, which I personally really like. During check-in, there was a bit of a wait due to the number of guests, but the front desk staff, an Indian gentleman, was polite and gracious. He even thanked me for my patience, which made a great impression.Breakfast was also decent—nothing fancy, but more than adequate for travelers catching early flights. Overall, this stay was far better than I anticipated. Highly recommended for anyone flying in or out of O'Hare!

Exceptional

Liked: Check-in process was excellent. Location is great, there's a Target and plenty of food options within a 10 minute walking distance.
Disliked: For the airport pickup I had to call the provided number four times, but the bus arrived extra quickly, so that's not really an issue.
