La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rome

A few minor changes.

Liked: The location and the nice staff members.
Disliked: You can't get extra towels or extra blankets.No coffee pot in the room.Beds are not changed everyday.The eggs, waffles, link sausages, grits, bagels, bananas, yogurt is what was for breakfast. No biscuits, toast or bacon...change up the breakfast. I like to burn candles and they were not allowed.

Would stay here again for...

Liked: It was clean and the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Breakfast was from 6:30-9. By the time I got down there at 7am most of the cooked food was gone. Was not notified of the additional $100 charge hold they would put on my account. It was pretty far away from anything other than Walmart.

Poor

Liked: Good price.
Disliked: Uncomfortable mattress, the room was not the cleanest, they room had a very noticeable slant to the floor, the shower had mold, the breakfast bar had warm food, the tables were dirty and the coffee was old. Not our best experience with LaQuinta.

Bloody sheets Moldy pillows won’t...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Bloody sheets hair mold on the pillows took my money wouldn’t change the linens said house keeping went home and didn’t have any more rooms available. Had to leave would not refund money. They wouldn’t go in room it was so nasty without gloves on

Drive home

Liked: It was a very good value, clean and very comfortable and they accepted pets. We were traveling with a cat.
Disliked: It took a little bit to check in. There wasn't anyone by the counter. The refreshments fridge in the lobby didn't look well kept and seemed rusty on the bottom shelf. Made the drinks unappealing.
