Disliked: Unclean, changed room 2x due to malfunctioning equipment and room being unclean and TERRIBLE smell!!

Clean comfortable and convenient

Liked: The staff is always kind and friendly. The guy who stocks and cleans up in the pool room goes above and beyond his enthusiasm and energy is breathtaking for a hotel staff also the man who makes breakfast he makes our stay so much better he is kind friendly and always so nice never rude! You guys are the reason we come back time and time again also the lady cleaning the rooms!! Thank you I wish I had more money to leave you a bigger tip! Because you definitely deserve it! I’m just broke right now because I’ve been sick and off work but you do not go unseen!! Thank you for your kindness and for the clean environment you provide for us! We always stay here when we come to Rochester!
Disliked: We like the pool we have a 8 yr old and an almost 2 yr old and they love the pool. Good breakfast too.

3 generation family get away

Liked: The pools were great. The breakfast had many choices. The facilities were very clean and the staff often asked if there was anything we needed. The value for the price was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent clean budget hotel with...

Liked: Very clean and great room layout. Toiletries were nice Dove ones. This was the best budget hotel I’ve been to in a while. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Pool was fun and I enjoyed the hot tub.
