Great room, wonderful location and...

Liked: The location was awesome. The staff were ALL so wonderful. The lady that checked us in, breakfast lady was so friendly to everyone, check out was great. Whoever does the hiring here has a gift for finding the best applicants. Our room was great, which was so important bc I picked my grandson up at his truck terminal in Richmond and treated him to a real bed and a shower he could stay on as long as he wanted after weeks in a tractor trailer. Your facilities were just what he needed and we spent precious time together as he is usually on the road,

Liked: I forgot my shaving kit and called the same day...and then received a call the day after saying they have it and will hold it for when we pick it up next week.
Disliked: nothing

A Pint of La Quinta

Liked: Breakfast begins at 6 and was ample, but front of property bright and curtains insufficient to block lights. Loud morning front desk that audible in rooms. Sports room okay and room big, and staff courteous and helpful. Centrally located for Midlothian.
Disliked: See above. Check in was 3 pm but allowed in early; parking limited to back lot due to work on entry areas, but filled with work vehicles, not patrons' cars.

Liked: We had a late check in. The staff was very accommodating. This was a halfway stop to our ultimate destination. The location met our needs.

Exceptional
