Disliked: I like the breakfast and everything that came with this hotel nice and peace and quiet

I’ll never stay there again!...

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Price was good.
Disliked: Staff needs some serious customer service training. Clerk at check in couldn’t find my reservation. She said I could call the reservation center. I asked if she could call. No. But she would give me the number! Then when I called and was talking on the phone she asked me to move because she was checking someone else in. I asked her to give me a minute because I had my license, credit card and wallet on the counter. She said she couldn’t hear the other people. I said once again that I needed a minute. She was very rude! Woman in charge of breakfast told me I couldn’t have my dog there. I asked where was I supposed to put my dog. She said she didn’t care! Also very rude! This staff needs to be properly trained in “hospitality” after-all that is the name of your business. The hospitality industry!

Disliked: Old worn out hotel.Musty smell.Shower needs major help.

Liked: Breakfast was super with Ms Dee at the helm. She oversees all and does a great job of it. Our room was clean and very quiet with a super refrigerator, which holds a lot of very cold water that was needed for the very high temps while there. The reason for our visit was to spend time with relatives and they were just down the road , great.
Disliked: Two nights were not long enough to be with so many relatives. So short of time these days.

good stay, clean, breakfast sucked

Liked: room was clean and updated, chair was broken, shower was OK, bedding was good, tv stations were very good
Disliked: breakfast was almost nothing, the very minimum, staff was friendly and nice, very disappointed

Overall I would boom again,...

Liked: It was clean and it was next to everything.
Disliked: The forth floor was very noisy, the other guests were very inconsiderate.
