Disliked: Dirty.. charged twice

Very good

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. When you walked in, it smelled nice. The couple at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Had a chance to chat with the Night Auditor whe. I checked out. Very friendly.
Disliked: I was very disappointed that there was no pool available. The FD staff said they had Noone to clean it. It may have been because they just changed from a La Quinta to a Days Onn.

I can’t believe I stayed...

Liked: Honestly, I was surprised at how different this was to what I expected.The communication was very poor. I thought I was double booked. I had confirmation fromLa Quinta then two days later from Days Inn. I tried calling . The front desk put me on hold and dropped my call. Booking.com put me on hold for customer service and dropped my call. Finally I got ahold of the hotel and asked if I was double booked. They informed me that the hotel had been sold and not to worry. I wish I could have gotten my payment back. I would never had stayed in such a dirty miss managed place. That’s my experience. Close the hotel, remodel then open it with some respect to the people who are booking with you. This just wasn’t right.
Disliked: Clean rooms. Have someone at the front desk. If you advertise breakfast then serve breakfast. At least offer coffee. Have curtains that open and close. Clean the bathtub. Vacuum the floor…

we picked La Quinta for...

Liked: The office was clean and they had ice available
Disliked: I didn’t like that they advertised the pool, but when we went to go swimming, the pool didn’t look like it had been intended to in a few years. There was green water inside the pool with a tarp over it and a log floating inside the pool. they were slow to bring us extra blankets and pillows. They tried giving us a double room when I booked a suite.

I could say the worst...

Liked: Completely disappointing, a dirty, unhygienic hotel with stained walls and, worst of all, there was urine in my bed. I spoke to the reception and they did nothing.
Disliked: The worst experience of my life, a dirty, unhygienic hotel, dirty walls, horrible smell, there was urine on my sheets, I called the reception and they did nothing, additionally in booking it said there was breakfast and when I arrived there was an announcement that said breakfast was suspended, I really do not recommend it at all
