Miserable

Liked: There was no breakfast left by 6:30 am
Disliked: Breakfast started at 6, by 6:30 there was nothing left. If it is supposed to be available from 6 to 9 then trays should of been refilled

We wanted to leave as...

Liked: We wanted to leave as soon as we entered the elevator.
Disliked: The facility is not clean, bugs and trash everywhere. The bath tube is dripping water. The breakfast is less than none and not clean.

staff sold out the rooms...

Disliked: The staff didn't provide my other family members the 2 bed rooms that were selected on the time of booking. Staff was unprofessional not able to provide managers info and accomadate us for the mishap.

It was nice !

Liked: Due to a local fire evac, they were swamped and all their services were stretched. Thanks for the rollaway and the Breakfast was good !

Liked: I loved the pool and courtyard! The shower was a bit clogged, but the room was nice and orderly.
