Liked: Location is great - Cattleman's next door! Interior courtyard view rooms are nice.
Disliked: Maintenance is an issue. Broken exterior door locks, TV is spotty, but simple and easy to use - unlike too many hotels with complicated TV interfaces. Things look old and not very attractive. Has good potential if better maintained .

Liked: The location was close to places I needed to go
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty when I arrived, there was hair on the side of the tub and on the floor, the water temperature fluctuates from freezing cold to scalding hot even when you don’t touch the faucet. The “locked” doors into the hotel were locked and random people were going in at all hours of the day and night, smoking and drinking. There were not towels stocked by the pool and a bunch of dirty towels were piled around. Also there were no fans in the bathroom so everything smelled really musty. Over all really disappointed as my family always stays in La quita hotels and this is by far the worst one we have stayed in.

Disliked: flooded bathroom. tub flooded with sewer water at 4am and made it smell. could not wake up and shower or use the bathroom.

Don’t stay here.

Disliked: Worn out furniture, bad breakfast with stale breads and an unplugged waffle machine and ran out of coffee, staff good at check in it so good in the morning, worst partIs the amount of marijuana smoking on the property, didn’t feel safe.
