Disliked: Trash being left in hallway and was charged an additional $40, requested a refund through booking, received email stating refund would be issue in 5-10 days. After three weeks of waiting still haven received the refund, contacted both property and booking and now they want proof of over charge.

Liked: Breakfast had a variety of foods, was served early and ended early. Not so good for weary travelers who needed to sleep in a bit.
Disliked: No bathrooms near the breakfast area.

Decent room for the price.

Liked: Location in Redding was great. Great restaurant on site and many restaurants close by.
Disliked: The hallways and the facilities in the room were quite old.

Disappointing. A lot of money...

Liked: Coffee was excellent. Choices were fair. Area very clean except for the dirty carpet in the eating are.
Disliked: Room had horrible pet urine smell. Woke up to bites on my arms and legs. Tried opening glass sliding door for fresh air, door was broken. Bed was very uncomfortable.I stated my concerns to front desk lady. She said 1st floor is usually where they place guests with dogs. We we in 1st floor.
