Overall for it's price and rating, it was what we were expecting. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Those are key points.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave!
Disliked: Traffic noise was really bad as well as the HVAC unit continually woke us up but needed it for comfort.

Pleasant check in staff.

Liked: Really liked the included breakfast and, in particular, the woman overseeing it. She was so pleasant and helpful
Disliked: I called to make reservations and then had to call back to change the arrival date due to a medical appointment and a change from king size bed to 2 queen size beds. Confirming emails were not correct and were confusing. I had to called several times to be sure the reservation was made and correct. I spoke to at least three different people and was not confident the reservation was in place. I called before arriving to be sure and fortunately all was well. From there on everything went well.

Elevator awful, otherwise good

Liked: The staff was courteous and responsive. Our room was clean and mostly comfortable. The parking lot felt safe and I never felt like I was hiking from my car to the door.
Disliked: The elevator was a horror story. One of the two elevators was shut down the entire duration of our stay. The other was having problems. It would reach the desired floor and bounce up and down for 5 or 10 seconds before stopping and opening the doors. Sometimes it would slam to a stop. It stops so suddenly, I jammed my knee. After three days of this, I talked with the front desk about this and they took down my phone number and told me the manager would get in touch with me. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything.Breakfast was subpar. The scrambled eggs were always accompanied by lots of water, filling my plate with unappetizing liquid. The orange juice and apple juice were both undrinkable. We stayed for 6 breakfasts and it was the exact same food every day.I would have given an 8 or 9 if the elevator hadn't been so terrible.

Liked: It was clean and the bed was comfy.The gal who check us in was very friendly and the gal who checked us out was fun, vibrant and jovial- a glass half full kind of person.
Disliked: The water pressure was low and I felt like I was showering under a water can. Also, the shower only got to warm but thankfully it wasn’t just cold.
