Bad service on Saturday when...

Liked: They didn't give me 2 parking passes... they only gave me 1, and the tow truck took my car. They charged me $400 to return it this Monday, August 25th at 10 a.m. They didn't accept my card, only cash.And there was no water on Sunday morning for me to shower in my bedroom.

Horrible experience..

Liked: Breakfast is not bad..
Disliked: Booked 2 rooms for my family and my friend’s family.Both rooms had urine smell. The room I got initially was not cleaned well.. When I informed, they give me another room. And that too had urine smell and the carpet was wet. Also my kids found a tiny worm in one of the bed and they were not willing to sleep in that bed and all the 3 kids slept with my wife in the other bed.as we came around 12am and tired of full day drive, we didn’t asked again for a room change..
