Liked: The price was great!
Disliked: It’s an old building not up to date. The room had a weird smell and there was a roach in the bathroom the second night I was there.

Liked: I was very unsatisfied with customer service and the the cleanliness of the facility. The staff we encountered behaved as though they were apprentices, with no professionalism. I was discomforted and disheartened. I hope you will be able to enhance your customer service abilities and operate within a better standard....

Overall stay was good

Liked: The breakfast was good and it was clean.
Disliked: The app said the pool was open when it was close that was the reason why we booked this hotel was because of the pool

Overall pleasant

Liked: Overall stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good for pricing of the stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Chose this hotel because of having a pool, but, the pool was out of service and not maintained. Majority of the doors were crooked and left a wide enough gap that you could clearly see into the room or hallway. Water pressure was really weak. Still waiting for my refund of my deposit that was charged upon checking in that was not mentioned in the booking after I had paid upfront before my stay. Whole outside of the hotel wreaked of mary jane. Luckily not on the floor I was on. Pricing was really fair for the area.
