Liked: Location was great! Close to the mall and PNC Arena.
Disliked: Cigarette and marijuana smell in the lobby and room although it was “non-smoking”. Being sensitive to smells due to asthma we were not able to stay. Entire property was dirty and run-down looking.

They need an upgrade REALLY...

Liked: Clean the stairwell area bc it smells like pee. The elevators wasn’t working. The side door wasn’t locked so anyone can go in and out not safe!!

Liked: Check in and check out was nice and easy! Had plenty of towels and loved the location.
Disliked: It was a little out dated and hallways and lobby were a little dirty. But rooms were clean just old furniture with dings and scratches

Liked: The room was decent for holding two people although we had four. It was not a bad room and the water was hot in the restroom. The beds were comfortable and clean as well.
Disliked: The room was too cold and took a while to warm up after turning on the heat.

Liked: The location was good - close to shopping and PNC arena. It was possible to open windows to air the room out.
Disliked: Check-in was challenging as the front desk staffer was on the phone with a friend - I only knew I was checked in when I was waved at dismissively with a mouthed „you’re done!“ The elevator and hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and the stairwells of urine. The room was adequately comfortable and we could open windows to clear the air, but the heater beeped like an alarm clock while running, making sleep a challenge. Coffee was hot, and the continental breakfast adequate, but it was hard to find a clean table, and front desk staff frequently yelled instructions across the room at the people working the breakfast. There was an event in town that had all the hotels double-priced or sold out, so this was all we could afford, but we will definitely not be back.
