Disliked: No lightbulb in lamp. Dark. Tv didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Shower impossible not to wet floor, no light in closet, carpet wet, curtains too flimsy, microwave didn’t work. Smelled like urine.

It was ok.

Liked: The morning people at the desk were quite friendly.
Disliked: Memorial weekend the pool was not working, my refrigerator was not working my microwave was not working, the text message from the staff to my room asked if I needed anything to message back-that's something very common however when I asked if there was a restaurant or bar or anything like that in the building I did not get an answer until literally after my normal check out on Sunday early after noon that text finally got answered as no they do not. Very disappointed in that also. Due to the fact that my microwave wasn't working my refrigerator apparently wasn't working the pool was down, I left and didn't even unpack. Stayed with some friends at a different hotel that were going to the same convention for the weekend. I came back the very next morning picked up my stuff gave my key in and checked out early Saturday morning. Explain to them the reasons why there was no apologies there was no reimbursement for Saturday night as I was checking out early Saturday morning. I felt the night people are about rude. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel whatsoever. I got a bill and I'm charging me the full amount I understand Friday I did have my things in there but as I checked out early Saturday morning they still charged me for Saturday. Very disappointed in that especially where the refrigerator did not work and her microwave did not work I ate my food cold Friday night. When I did check out another lady was at the desk also who was a customer, when I mentioned the refrigerator didn't work this lady asked me if I had two frigerators because she had two frigerators and one of them did not work. That just added to the problems with this particular hotel! Very disappointed the carpets weren't clean enough even.
