Can't believe a manager acts...

Liked: Originally staff was OK and attentive
Disliked: The staff charged me for an extra night that I am disputing with my card company. Charged my card several times, odd amounts, then returned an amount that still made me pay for another day, which we didn't stay. Lousy manager, still haven't talked to him. When called three times, the front desk lady said that he wasn't taking calls and in trying to help me told me she couldn't see all these charges I was talking about. Don't know this manager, but I have yet to talk to this so called manager for all of southern Colorado???"? Still haven't had this rectified yet? I can give you all the charges and the breakdown of each charge. I have never seen anything like it?? 281-650-3888 I have called Wyndham customer service- still waiting for someone to reach me.

Nice place to sleep

Liked: Large comfortable room
Disliked: Sink and tub drains were very slow

Pleasant

Disliked: No house keeping for my hole stay the dogs next door were barking fire alarm was out of batteries for 3 days and it took an hr and half to check in
