Hotel with lot of potential…...

Liked: Good position of the hotel with some restaurante and very well connexted to some big malls. The area around is safe and modern. Rooms are cleaned well, bed is comfortable and nice view from the room
Disliked: Breakfast is very limited and no options for people that have particular limitations or they don’t eat pork.Swimming pool is good and covered useful also in rainy seasons but always full. Gym not ok at all (very few equipment)

Amazing pool !!!

Liked: Beautiful Hotel near shopping centers and restaurants. You can walk to a lot of different restaurants and shopping centers. The Hotel has a beautiful indoor pool in the 6th floor with an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious. Also, this Hotel has a lot of parking. I was driving a 12 passenger van and I was very pleased with the parking lot.
Disliked: The internet signal is very poor. I was in the first floor and I didn’t have any internet signal.

Very good

Liked: The pool is heated and very nice, the breakfast is generous. It's a big room and has potable tap water. It has reasonable drink prices and promotions. Staff is really nice and attentive.
Disliked: The mattress is very firm, and the temperature of the room is only adjustable to get colder but not the other way around. The door to the shower is a very bad design, the water escapes into the room and the water pressure is dismal. There's no safe.

Last time we stay in...

Liked: location its great. The whole family enjoyed the pool. Rooms are OK.
Disliked: Staff was very unkind, did not even try to solve some of the issues we had with out room. For instance, there was no iron in the room. We were told there was a bath in our but we did not get. Also the carpet in our room is very old. The AC did not work, they said its because its summer time.

An easy and relaxing place...

Liked: The staff are fantastic. I would lilke to especially mention Wendolyn, Zam and Fernanda. Wendolyn always meet us with a happy, smiling face, answered all our questions and provided a lot of information about Mexico. Many thanks for a great stay.
Disliked: Nil

Exceptional

Liked: it was clean ,the pool was great ,nice and warm,
Disliked: They let prostitutes into the building , knocking on peoples doors in early hours of the morning, I requested a room change and it took them 2 days to get around to it.ñ , as I felt unsafe.
