Liked: I had paid for a nicer room and because I was traveling with my dog they would not allow her in the larger room.I asked them for the difference in the price and she said she could not change it because it was done on Booking.com.How do I get reimbursement??

Liked: The location was convenient and easy to get to. Check in with as easy and the appearance on the main level made me happy at first.
Disliked: When getting to the 2nd floor it was quite different than the first. Our room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel, the tv stand had pieces missing off the panels and the shelf the microwave was on was rusty. There was paint splatter on the floor and hair still left in the bathtub. Toilet seat was cracked as well. One of the top blankets on one of the beds had stains on it as well.
