Disappointing

It wouldn't be my first...

Liked: Everyone was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was the same every day. And sometimes cold. The rooms I wouldn't say were dirty but could have been cleaned better. Ants. The pool is boring. No hot tub. And sucks that coffee was not available at any time. Only during breakfast hours.

Horrible service all around.

Disliked: I booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately, we had car trouble and were not able to arrive on time. However, some of our family arrived early. I asked if they could go ahead and check in for all three rooms since we were still several hours away and would be arriving after 330 AM. The lady at the front desk said it would not be a problem and said she just needed to make sure we were coming. I said we were halfway there (we were traveling from 8 hours away.) She said we could just check in when we arrived. We arrived around 3:30 AM and when we tried to check in she said our reservation was “automatically” canceled by Booking.com because we did not arrive on time. I let her know we spoke to someone to let them know we were on our way, just late, and that we had confirmed we would still be arriving. She said it didn’t matter, then said she could make a new reservation for us and quoted us almost $100 more than what we had booked for. This hotel is NOT in any way worth $270 per night. We ended up leaving and finding a much better hotel for a much better price in a much better area. We will never book here again.
