Exceptional

Rude, sloppy hotel. Worst trip...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: They are rude. The hotel is sloppy, stains everywhere, electrical tape holding the lamp cords together, they allow pets and didn’t have that posted so my son who is allergic to them had to make an emergency trip because he had a very bad allergic reaction. The front desk people are rude. I could go on and on but just know it’s a terrible hotel to stay at.

Liked: Location was nice. Outside of the city, but close enough to drive. Close to stores and restaurants. Police station next door.
Disliked: The front desk receptionist was very rude. We asked for extra towels and pillows before we arrived. Nothing was in the room. Once in the room, it had dirty sheets a dirty comforter and the headboard was disgusting. There was dust everywhere. The toilet rocked back and forth when you sat on it. The bathroom had chalking coming off the ceiling and around the shower where they had been covering up mold. The walls were moldy and the door didn’t shut all the way. We will never stay here again.

Liked: It was a hotel.
Disliked: This is the second stay I had there and also the second time I had to go get my card key remade because it didn’t work the first time. The room didn’t have a pleasant smell. The pillows were too firm. Usually hotels have more comfortable pillows but the ones in my room were not as expected. The water pressure in the shower was lacking. Seemed like it took me 3 times longer to rinse out my hair after the shampoo and conditioner. Also, I had to go to the desk to ask for shampoo and conditioner. I had only 2 bottles of conditioner and it looked like they were used. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The biscuits were hard and the eggs were not good.
