Called to speak with management...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff were rude, disgruntled. Elevator was not working and front desk clerk wouldn’t get up until 2 other guests came and complained. Everyone had to use the stairs (dangerous for elderly)!

Disliked: Pool closed and not notified until day of stay, painters got paint chips on car, no toaster, didn’t clean room after first day even after requesting, etc, etc
