Disliked: broken elevator, dirty room renovation in progress

Liked: Air conditioning worked really well
Disliked: Appearance elevator didn’t work coffee maker missing parts ,unsecured doors,no bath towels only hand towels in room,room had debris on floor

Disliked: When I checked in the staff told me I could pay cash on my check out, but when I checked out the next day that staff told me it was charged to my card.Also, one bath towel in the room for 2 adults.

Straight out of a horror...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: This place is disappointing and disgusting! There was absolutely nothing nice about this place. There was zero information about construction going on including there being no elevator. Trashes over flowing, hallways full of debris and trash, first room we got hadn’t been cleaned. Beds still pulled out with dirty sheets, pizza boxes and trash all over and dirty towels within the room. Tape over every main door with dry wall falling out of the walls. Second room we got was “cleaned” by housekeeping, yet it still felt like I was in a bubble of bed bugs and mites. Dirty floss in the trash and sink. Soap scum on every inch of the bathroom and better yet piss on the toilet! Couch was ripped and very visibly stained, I could smell the Marlboro reds coming off it. Dry wall falling from our window cill. DO NOT GO TO THIS CESSPOOL OF A PLACE! Currently still trying to get these people the answer the phone for even a partial refund! The only good part of this place was the front desk worker.
