Disliked: The TV in room 419 keeps turning off by itself. The bed was very uncomfortable, I felt the spring from the mattress.

Location is good but hotel...

Liked: Breakfast is pretty good with hot sausages and different eggs, The waffles and toasts are good. Fruit juices and coffers give you some choices. The breakfast service lady is very kind to ask if any special request from us. Location is close to some convenient stories and FLL air port.
Disliked: We had stayed the hotel for 3 night, but no body came to do the house keeping, 3 person have only two set of bath towel and never changed. The furniture and room decoration are aged, Sofa bad in suit room is too soft to sleep on

Horrible service

Liked: Overflowing toilet and tub in our room . No solution whatsoever.
Disliked: No customer service at all.
