comfortable place and convenient, but...

Liked: breakfast decent; beds wonderful, rooms very nice; great location for my purposes
Disliked: In the 3-4 years that I have been coming here NOT ONCE has the pool been working, it's always "closed for scheduled maintenance" or repairs -- so there's a problem there that never ever gets fixed, no one seems to think it worth doing. I would have loved at the end of a long journey and/or a hot day to jump in the pool. I can look thru the door and see the water in it. But again closed - always. I feel like I should have had some of the cost of my stay(s) reimbursed because that part of the package has never, ever been working, even tho it is *advertised* as part of the amenities. It would be more honest of you to remove that from the description, since it is not and apparently never available.

Quick check- in, quite rooms...

Liked: The breakfast was almost over by the time my family and I came down so I can't rate the quality of the food. The employee was professional and polite. She even asked if we wanted her to go back and see if there was anymore food should we desire any.
Disliked: N/A. I just needed the hotel for the night as I was just visiting family in to for a quick weekend. The hotel fit my needs and it was easy to book.
