Disliked: When we arrived we were told that the pool was closed even though when we called we were told that that would be open until 11:00 at night so we didn't get to swim, the TV in our room kept making these horrible obnoxious flashing fits we went to the front desk told him that our TV was not working right that it kept flashing and she said oh just wiggle the cord it does that sometimes didn't come to the room and look at it or anything we'll look at the cord that did not work so we did not have a TV for the entire night or a pool and then in the morning when we got to go get breakfast it said breakfast was over at 10:00 we arrived at 9:00 only if I had breakfast when I'm putting the food away already it was taken off the heater things it was cold and when my son said something about it she said oh well here let me put it back out for you after she already had her hands all over it and it was frigid cold so we declined and had to go buy breakfast elsewhere we'd really like our money back because I honestly we didn't get to eat our free breakfast didn't get to swim and had no TV the entire night and the staff was made aware of it and did nothing

Liked: Our stay was short so everything we needed was there and all in good order.
Disliked: Didn't really have anything that didn't work out for our stay.

Liked: Staff very nice, helpful. Breakfast good. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was not available because of broken pipes (?) this has been true the several times I've been there over the last couple of years. So this is not a new problem and one they should really have fixed before now.

Liked: The lobby area was clean
Disliked: One of our beds had what appeared to be blood on it and we had to change the bedding our self. The shower was backed up and had standing water while we showered.

Liked: Breakfast and location were both good
Disliked: Room was very dirty. I took pictures of the dirt in the bathtub. There was no hot water for a shower only lukewarm water warm water
