The hotel staff was nice...

Liked: It was close to all the attractions, 24 hour pool, hot tub
Disliked: It was nice, but nothing special enough to warrant $200/night.I also requested a handicap accessible room, and was told that’s not the kind of room I paid for- like an accessible room would cost more.

Perfect last minute choice to...

Liked: It was so clean and the beds are amazing. It is right in the middle of everything Pigeon Forge!
Disliked: We didn’t find anything within a one night stay that we didn’t like

Liked: Staff was nice. Liked the shower. That looked updated.
Disliked: Smelled like dog everywhere. My room smelled bad. You can hear everyone talking in my room. Slamming doors. The pillows were awful. Bed was hard. Carpeting needs to go big time. Can’t believe they have carpet with dogs. Never got to use the hot tub. Someone always in it.

Disliked: There need to be a curfew for the kids at the pool. I couldn't get in the hottube but 15 minutes

Liked: The pool was open 24 hours. The hotel was very clean. The workers were all nice. The bed was comfortable.
