Liked: Easy off interstate.
Disliked: Room was filthy, graffiti on tub, water on floor, several missing lightbulbs, missing parts to coffeemaker, holes in carpet, ceiling falling in over shower, valve on shower broken

Very disappointed and didn't feel...

Liked: There was a breakfast included and decent pool. Parking was free. Staff helped us to switch rooms. Price was decent and that's one of the only reasons we chose to stay here.
Disliked: First room... curtain rod fell off the ceiling when just trying to pull it close. Bathroom closet door was coming apart. Missing the plug for the bathtub. Not enough towels for our party of 4. No working deadbolt. Carpet could be replaced. No box of tissues. When going back to the room to switch out stuff, keys no longer worked and someone else had been given new keys to our room, who were politely standing outside the room and explained to me that they were given keys to our room but walked out as soon as they were given the room keys. New room was better. Hot tub was blocked off, didn't seem like it was going to be fixed anytime soon. Property could use many simple updates to make it look nicer. Told the pool closed at 9 but the sign in the pool says 11. Staff said the pool closed at 9 but let us stay later. Won't return to this location ever again.

Liked: I had left before breakfast. But with the condition of my room not sure i would had chanced it

Disliked: key cards to the rooms kept failing and very thin walls. could hear everything especially what sounded like running at all hours of the day from the upstairs room. my key card needed to be updated seemingly every night. they only told me they were sensitive and failed often when being near a phone. my last night had to sleep in my car because the key card failed even when i made an effort to keep it away from my phone and the “24 hour” front desk was closed until the next morning
