Disliked: Got locked in the first room because the door was broken. Room was dirty. Carpet was stained and tore up. Lamp shades were even stained.

Liked: The bed was clean.
Disliked: - changed rooms because of strong smoke smell In the room I stayed:- Tub didn’t drain. - Lights didn’t workThe interior door lock engaged after I left for dinner. I could not get back into my room when I came back. The managers response was to wait until the next morning when the maintenance crew got there to open it. I told them this was not acceptable as I was leaving early and would have to force open the door to get my stuff if this was his solution. Only after that threat did me call the staff who had to cut the door latch with bolt cutters. - the toilet tank didn’t fit the top of the toilet- the carpet and furniture were stained and had cigarette burns-

Liked: The front desk staff were excellent they did everything they could to make my stay awesome.
Disliked: The breakfast was two hours late the first night because the one who died the breakfast person took the key abd was two hours late. The breakfast was never kept up I e restocked
