It's an ok hotel, but...

Liked: The room was pretty, spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy. Breakfast and coffee was great. The morning staff was too friendly and kind, but the night shift guy was just ok, not kind, just doing his job, period
Disliked: Ok. The AC was too noisy, it woke me up in the middle of the night. At least, it worked well. The bathtub faucet was leaking the whole time and it was a bit annoying along with the AC. The cable TV didn't have options for kids, just Nick Jr and at night it didn't have any suitable programming for my 6yo. The worst part was that the pool or the jacuzzi were not available due to a sandstorm that took place the night before, which was one of the reasons why I chose it, for my kid to swim. When I complained, the receptionist was too kind (Paula) and helpful, so she called the Marriott hotel next to ours to let us swim there. They let us in and it was amazing, but too sunny and far to walk. So unnecessary. The next day, we were told it would be available, but the jacuzzi was full of chemicals so my 72 year old mom could not use it. We tried the pool but it was still dirty with leaves ad bugs, considering they had a whole day to clean it. We didn't get compensated and did not ask for it, I was hoping we would have but we don't like to go around complaining. If I am writing this now it's because I think it's important for the managers to know and deal with it, along with the guests considering to book their room here.

Disliked: carpets in some rooms smells bad
