Liked: Location was where we really wanted to be for our visit to an event, lots of places to eat close by and being right across from the street from a police station made me feel real safe! I will stay here again when I come back!
Disliked: Our first room, on the 300s floor, the refrigerator was not working. Also, our room had a door between the room next door which I really didnt like. Next time I will make sure to request a room without that door. When we moved to the 5th floor I loved it! The only small criticism I will give is that there was a paint or acrylic smell on Friday. It would have been nice if there was a sign alerting us that painting would take place. It wasnt too bad I only smelled the strong smell in the hallway and elevator. The smell lasted a few minutes in our room, so we made sure to keep the door closed or close it quickly when we left the room. Other than that the room was great and the view was awesome! I will definitely stay on the 5th floor facing the pool again!!!!!

Liked: The location & MELISSA from the front desk. Her level of hospitality & care is unmatched. She gives 100% of her good energy to the guests, it makes it feel like we are in a 5 star resort.
Disliked: Side door is unlocked (safety), we had a smoker in the room next door, and weird screams/activity in the middle of the night. Our room smelled funky & its outdated.
