I hope it will be...

Liked: Didn’t sleep well der was a lot of noise n could hear da footsteps above us most of da night n den when it came to going to have breakfast da beans had a piece of da metal from da scrubber looked like
Disliked: Da noise I was hearing most of da night on da 1st floor

Pleasant

Liked: Staff were friendly and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator keeps malfunctioning. Sometimes it would stop working, the door would get stuck and it makes a lot of noise when the door unjams and slams shut.

Very good

Liked: Room was on 1sr floor. Bed was big and comfortable and room was spacious.
Disliked: I coild hear guest upstairs walking and guest passing by my room.More breakfast options.

The kitchen Lady is the...

Liked: The surrounding areas, the front Desk service and specially the kitchen Lady she was such a definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE,plus her food and cooking is delicious!!!!
Disliked: On the other hand I can’t say the same of the cleaning staff one lady in particular which I did not get her name,wish I did because this puts all cleaning staff bad but this lady was THE Rudest ever!!! She must not like her Job,she needs some classes on customer service,A smile goes a long way!!!
