A very pleasant stay on...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable, with good WiFi and clean facilities. Staff were friendly too, and the location and access to highways/city was good also.
Disliked: Nothing of note.

Liked: AC worked very well.
Disliked: Online check-in process was a complete waste of time. TV did not work. Toilet was tucked in next to the shower which made the space very tight.

Never again!

Disliked: Let see first when I checked in room was hot, but we had to leave. We came back several hours later and room was still hot and cleanliness of the room was disgusting, walls and curtains where dirty floor was coming up, so we requested another room it was better with cold ac. Second breakfast and a pool was in my decision making of choosing here. Breakfast in from 6 to 10, they was out of breakfast by 6:15 with no plans of fixing more. Was told pool would be open the next day twice. Then said they don't know when it will be open. So no pool. Third they accused my wife of being a homeless person trying to still breakfast because she had a pack pack on. Fouth morning or night there was people smoking Marijuana outside on stair wells and balconies. The smell would come thru the door so the room would smell of it. These are the tops things I could keep on going. Will not stay here again.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The staff has ugly attitudes, the pool was closed our entire stay. First day, pool closed for cleaning, understandable. Second day, key was with maintenance and not on site ALL day. Third day, pool opens for 3 hours. Next day is closed down, site says its drainage issue but was just swimming the night before. Pool closed the whole weekend. Piss poor staff.

Pleasant

Liked: The front desk lady was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was good and the location wasn't too far from the beach.
Disliked: The room #246 smelled like mold coming from the restroom. There was a roach crawling on the restroom wall. The swimming pool was dirty.

Liked: It was a place to sleep.
Disliked: The pool was closed which they told me each day it would be open the next day which never happened and I had to be moved to another room because the a/c wasn’t working the rooms are not in good shape they have Sheetrock falling from the ceiling there is holes in the Sheetrock on the wall the 2nd room we moved to was musty smelling and floor was soaked from the a/c leaking water into the room there is just so many things wrong with this hotel. Will never stay here again!!!
